Who is this open to?
Youth rugby registration is open to children of both HKFC members and non-members.

Are numbers limited?
In certain circumstances numbers for age groups may need to be limited.

Mini’s Under 5: Born in 2015 Mini’s Under 10 (Boys): Born in 2010
Mini’s Under 6: Born in 2014 Mini’s Under 9/10 (Girls): Born in 2011/2010
Mini’s Under 7: Born in 2013 Mini’s Under 11 (Boys): Born in 2009
Mini’s Under 8: Born in 2012 Mini’s Under 12 (Boys): Born in 2008
Mini’s Under 9 (Boys): Born in 2011 Mini’s Under 12 (Girls): Born in 2008 & 2009

Colt’s Under 13 (Boys & Girls): Born in 2007
Colt’s Under 14 (Boys & Girls): Born in 2006
Colt’s Under 16 (Boys & Girls): Born in 2004 & 2005
Colt’s Under 19 (Boys & Girls): Born in 2001, 2002 & 2003

How do I register?
By going through and completing the on-line registration process.

What are the fees?
Mini’s (U5-U12) - HKFC Members HK$2,450 Non-members HK$2,850
Colt’s (U13-U19) - HKFC Members HK$2,000 Non-members HK$2,000

Registration fees have increased on prior years. The increase in fees will be used to fund professional coaches, drawn from players in the HKFC first team, to work primarily with the contact age groups and support the parent volunteer coaches. This will bring our coaching structure in line with some of the other clubs.

How do I pay and what is process?
HKFC Members – via club account ( will be charged in September )
Non-members – PayPal ( will be charged upon registration )

What kit does each player receive?

Mini's Colt's
Shirt ( name on shirt is complimentary ) Shirt

Why is it important to keep a copy of your registration confirmation email?
You will receive this once you have successfully registered.

It is your only record of registration and contains important information.

You will need it for Kit Collection Day.

When is Kit Collection Day and First training session?
It is anticipated that kit collection will be on Sunday 25th August and the first training session on Sunday 1st September. Final confirmation will be communicated in late August.

To collect kit you will need to show each players registration record and birth certificate copy.

How do I apply for 7s Tickets?
Once you have completed registration you can then apply for 7s Tickets via the 7s Tickets tab. To apply, please input Registration No. and primary registered email.

Allocation of 7s Tickets will depend upon athletes participation and parental contribution to volunteer activities.
