HKFC YOUTH RUGBY: ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR 2022/2023 SEASON

Who is this open to?
Youth rugby registration is open to children of both HKFC members and non-members.
Are numbers limited?
In certain circumstances numbers for age groups may need to be limited.
In this instance preference will be given in the following order:-
- Existing players
- HKFC Rugby Section Members
- HKFC Members
- Non-members
What are the age groups for the 2022/2023 season (September 2022 – May 2023)?

| Junior Youth Under 7: Born in 2016 | Junior Youth Under 12 (Boys): Born in 2011 |
| Junior Youth Under 8: Born in 2015 | Junior Youth Under 12 (Girls): Born in 2011 & 2012 |
| Junior Youth Under 9 (Boys): Born in 2014 |
| Senior Youth Under 13 (Boys & Girls): Born in 2010 |

| Senior Youth Under 16 (Boys & Girls): Born in 2007 & 2008 |
| Senior Youth Under 18 (Boys & Girls): Born in 2004, 2005 & 2006 |
How do I register?
By going through and completing the on-line registration process.
What are the fees?
Junior Youth Under 4 [ 10 sessions : 23rd April - 25th June 2023]

HKFC Youth Rugby will decide later whether we have more sessions to cover second half of the season. Please leave your name and email contact to registration@hkfcyouthrugby.com if you have interest.
Junior Youth Under 5 - Under 12
| HKFC Members HK$2,450 | Non-members HK$2,850 |
Senior Youth Under 13 - Under 18
| HKFC Members HK$2,200 | Non-members HK$2,300 | Overseas HK$1,600 |
How do I pay and what is process?
HKFC Members – via club account ( will be charged in September )
Non-members – PayPal ( will be charged upon registration )
What kit does each player receive?

Why is it important to keep a copy of your registration confirmation email?
You will receive this once you have successfully registered.
It is your only record of registration and contains important information.
You will need it for Kit Collection Day.
When is Kit Collection Day and First training session?
It is anticipated that kit collection will be on Sunday 4th September 2022 and the first training session on Sunday 4th September 2022.
To collect kit you will need to show each players registration record.
