Play Up/Down Policy & Forms
This is governed by the HKMRFU ( HK Mini Rugby Union )
If you would like to apply for your child to play up or down out of their age group, please read the attached PUPD Guidelines and complete attached PUPD Application Form.
Then submit completed application form to the Head Coach of the age group you are applying to move too.
Once signed by the Head Coach and HKFC Youth Rugby Chairman, your application will be sent to the HKMRFU ( HK Mini Rugby Union ) for their consideration and decision.
Their decision ( which is final ) will then be subsequently communicated to you via the Head Coach.
